Lors de l\u2019e\u0301mission Canal presse, diffuse\u0301e sur les antennes de Canal 2 International, chaine de te\u0301le\u0301vision prive\u0301e base\u0301e a\u0300 Douala, la capitale e\u0301conomique du Cameroun, Charles Tchoungang souligne que le professeur a le droit de saisir l’Etat du Cameroun. \u00ab Le Pr Oyono a le droit de demander a\u0300 l\u2019Etat du Cameroun, c\u2019est-a\u0300-dire a\u0300 la justice, de re\u0301parer le tort fait par son embastillement pendant 4 ans. Malheureusement les structures pour y aboutir sont tre\u0300s complexes \u00bb. Il reste tout de me\u0302me dubitatif quant a\u0300 la volonte\u0301 de le voir prendre cette voie. \u00ab C\u2019est tous les jours que les camerounais sont embastille\u0301s, juge\u0301s et parfois acquitte\u0301s apre\u0300s des anne\u0301es de prison. On n\u2019en parle pas parce que finalement, quand ils sortent de la\u0300, ils ne revendiquent pas. Ils se disent avoir e\u0301chappe\u0301 bel. Le Camerounais a pris l\u2019habitude a\u0300 ne pas revendiquer ses droits \u00bb.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancien ba\u0302tonnier appelle les instances a\u0300 mettre en place une agence qui devrait re\u0301gler la question de de\u0301tention arbitraire. Cela e\u0301viterait les erreurs judiciaires. A date, des cas sont le\u0301gions, souligne l\u2019avocat.<\/p>\n
