Le 1er mai 2021, Christian Penda Ekoka, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par Maurice Kamto, leader dudit parti, pour g\u00e9rer Survie Cameroon Survival Initiative (SCSI), une op\u00e9ration de lev\u00e9e de fonds en vue de la lutte contre le COVID-19, a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un live Facebook.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancien conseiller \u00e9conomique du Pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya n\u2019est pas pass\u00e9 par quatre chemins pour d\u00e9noncer la main mise d\u2019un cadre du MRC, Henri Djoko, dans cette op\u00e9ration. Il a aussi exprim\u00e9 son scepticisme au sujet de l\u2019explication du \u2018\u2018bug informatique\u2019\u2019 qui serait \u00e0 l\u2019origine des soup\u00e7ons de d\u00e9tournement autour de SCSI. M. Penda Ekoka n\u2019a pas enfin manqu\u00e9 de pointer la responsabilit\u00e9 de son alli\u00e9, Maurice Kamto, dans cette situation.<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9action, le premier vice-pr\u00e9sident du MRC, Mamadou Mota, r\u00e9cemment sorti de prison, a publi\u00e9 le 3 mai, une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 travers laquelle il invite les militants de la formation pour laquelle il milite \u00e0 maintenir leur confiance en leur leader.<\/p>\n

Vous n’avez pas \u00e0 douter de votre loyaut\u00e9, nous n’en doutons pas d’ailleurs et le pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu fait confiance \u00e0 chacun de vous.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le travail du parti est de produire toute la lumi\u00e8re sur la gestion et la collecte des fonds relatives \u00e0 ce projet participatif qu’est Survival initiative. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait pour la collecte et les \u00e9carts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 justifi\u00e9s. Chercher un bouc-\u00e9missaire pour ternir l’initiative n’est ni acceptable ni galant. J\u2019appelle ainsi les pyromanes qui se trouveraient de part et d’autre \u00e0 la retenue. Ce qui est attendu et exig\u00e9, c’est un rapport d’audit de la gestion des fonds et cela sera fait.<\/b><\/p>\n

Pour le moment, remettons nous \u00e0 construire autour du pr\u00e9sident \u00e9lu et des id\u00e9aux de notre parti, la cohorte n\u00e9cessaire de la d\u00e9mocratie.<\/b><\/p>\n
