Cette entrepreneure camerounaise de la tech reconnue a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301chelle internationale vient ainsi ajouter un nouveau sacre a\u0300 son parcours de\u0301ja\u0300 assez e\u0301logieux.<\/p>\n

\u00ab J\u2019ai e\u0301te\u0301 officiellement intronise\u0301e en tant que membre international de la Royal Academy for Engineering<\/b> hier. Je suis consciente a\u0300 la fois de l\u2019honneur et de la responsabilite\u0301 que je porte en tant que l\u2019un des rares e\u0301lus du continent africain et le tout premier camerounais \u00bb, a-t-elle e\u0301crit dans un message poste\u0301 sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux hier 09 novembre 2022.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Peut-e\u0302tre que je ne suis pas l\u2019inge\u0301nieur le plus qualifie\u0301, peut-e\u0302tre que je n\u2019ai pas contribue\u0301 au te\u0301lescope Hubble comme un autre, ou a\u0300 rendre les moteurs Rolls Royce plus efficaces, comme un autre, mais pour toutes les femmes, tous les Africains, tous les gens de couleur qui ont me\u0301rite\u0301 cette de\u0301signation et ne seront jamais reconnus pour leur travail, je n\u2019ai pas le droit d\u2019avoir le syndrome de l\u2019imposteur. Nous l\u2019avons fait ! \u00bb, s\u2019est-elle vante\u0301e.<\/p>\n

Ce nouveau challenge pour Rebecca Enonchong<\/b> est la preuve que, le travail accompli au fil des ans n\u2019e\u0301tait pas une erreur. \u00ab Tout le travail que j\u2019ai fait tranquillement au fil des ans a e\u0301te\u0301 vu. J\u2019en suis incroyablement reconnaissant car beaucoup n\u2019auront jamais ce privile\u0300ge. Alors pour l\u2019invisible, pour l\u2019inconnu, je promets d\u2019e\u0302tre votre voix. J\u2019utiliserai mon titre FREng pour porter vos messages, parler de vos voyages, de vos innovations au monde \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Elle n\u2019a pas manque\u0301 de faire un clin d\u2019\u0153il au Cameroun. \u00ab Et a\u0300 mes inge\u0301nieurs camerounais, c\u2019est pour nous. Je n\u2019aurais jamais rec\u0327u cet honneur sans toutes les innovations que la Royal Academy a vues de notre part. Je ne suis pas une exception mais juste un exemple visible de tout ce dont nous sommes capables. Je vous de\u0301die cette de\u0301signation \u00bb, a-t-elle souligne\u0301.<\/p>\n
