Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Les nouveaux emprunts contracte\u0301s par le Cameroun aupre\u0300s des bailleurs de fonds internationaux, au cours de la pe\u0301riode de 9 mois allant de janvier a\u0300 septembre 2022, sont estime\u0301s a\u0300 423,4 milliards de FCFA. Ces informations sont re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301es par la note de conjoncture sur la dette publique, que vient de publier la Caisse autonome d\u2019amortissement (CAA), le gestionnaire de la dette publique dans le pays.<\/p>\n

A\u0300 en croire la me\u0302me source, sur cette enveloppe globale, 325 milliards de FCFA (78,89% du total) d\u2019emprunts ont e\u0301te\u0301 contracte\u0301s sous la forme de pre\u0302ts-projets. Le reste, soit 98 milliards de FCFA, repre\u0301sente les appuis budge\u0301taires de\u0301caisse\u0301s par le Cameroun dans le cadre du Programme e\u0301conomique et financier (PEF) actuellement en cours avec le FMI.<\/p>\n

\u00ab En termes de re\u0301alisation au 30 septembre 2022, le plafond des nouveaux engagements est respecte\u0301 aussi bien par rapport a\u0300 la Loi des Finances (soit un taux d\u2019exe\u0301cution de 47%) que dans le cadre du PEF en cours (soit un taux d\u2019exe\u0301cution de 64%) \u00bb, souligne la CAA. En effet, apprend-on, le plafond des nouveaux engagements exte\u0301rieurs fixe\u0301 pour l\u2019anne\u0301e 2022 est de 650 milliards de FCFA, dont 230 milliards de FCFA en non concessionnel. Dans le cadre du programme en cours avec le FMI, ce plafond est e\u0301tabli a\u0300 512,9 milliards de FCFA en valeur actualise\u0301e.<\/p>\n
