Une semaine avant cette e\u0301preuve, l\u2019opposant camerounais Maurice Kamto a tenu a\u0300 de\u0301livrer son message d\u2019encouragement aux Lions indomptables.<\/p>\n

Le pre\u0301sident du Mouvement pour la Renaissance du Cameroun (MRC) croit comme nombre de ses compatriotes que les Lions indomptables peuvent aller loin dans ce tournoi. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs tout le mal qu\u2019il leur souhaite. \u00ab Aux joueurs qui, de fac\u0327on he\u0301roi\u0308que, nous ont hisse\u0301, une fois encore, dans le gotha du football mondial, et qui auront le privile\u0300ge exceptionnel et la lourde responsabilite\u0301 de porter le maillot des emble\u0301matiques Lions Indomptables du Cameroun a\u0300 cette occasion spe\u0301ciale, je voudrais leur demander de ne pas faire moins que leurs brillants ai\u0302ne\u0301s de 1990 en Italie, en tout cas d’aller le plus loin possible dans cette compe\u0301tition, en alliant leur le\u0301gendaire esprit conque\u0301rant au fair play \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 le candidat arrive\u0301 deuxie\u0300me a\u0300 la pre\u0301sidentielle 2018.<\/p>\n

Il importe de rappeler que le meilleur parcours du Cameroun dans une phase finale de la coupe du monde reste un quart de finale, atteint en 1990.<\/p>\n
