En effet, la se\u0301lection camerounaise avait pour mission de passer le premier tour des phases finales de Coupe du monde, une ta\u0302che non re\u0301alise\u0301e depuis le dernier exploit pendant le Mondial Italie 90.<\/p>\n

N’ayant pas re\u0301ussi a\u0300 faire mieux, le ministre des sports, Narcisse Mouelle Kombi, chef de la de\u0301le\u0301gation officielle du Cameroun au Qatar estime que le bilan de la participation des Lions indomptables a\u0300 la grand-messe du football de cette anne\u0301e 2022 est satisfaisant.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le match Cameroun contre Bre\u0301sil prouve une fois de plus que le football est un jeu qui permet a\u0300 ceux qui sont les plus arme\u0301s sur le plan psychologique, sur le plan physique, sur le plan mental et sur le plan physiologique de remporter des victoires me\u0302me les plus inattendues. Le Cameroun a de\u0301montre\u0301 ce soir qu\u2019il est une grande nation de football. Malgre\u0301 la de\u0301faite contre la Suisse, et compte tenu de ce match nul avec la Serbie et surtout ce fabuleux match que les lions indomptables viennent de livrer contre le Bre\u0301sil, l\u2019une des plus prestigieuses se\u0301lections nationales, et dans le cadre de cette victoire, nos lions indomptables ont de\u0301montre\u0301 une fois de plus, comme le disait le pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique, Son Excellence Paul Biya, que impossible n\u2019est pas camerounais. Nous ne boudons pas la victoire.<\/p>\n

Bien au contraire, nous disons fe\u0301licitations a\u0300 nos valeureux Lions. Ils auraient pu mieux faire mais il faut quand me\u0302me noter que depuis 20 ans, les lions n\u2019avaient pas re\u0301alise\u0301 une telle performance en Coupe du monde. Et il y a de quoi s\u2019en re\u0301jouir.<\/p>\n

Le bilan est globalement satisfaisant. E\u0301coutez, nous ne boudons pas notre plaisir, c\u2019est une construction, nous n\u2019avons pas e\u0301te\u0301 qualifie\u0301 mais nous avons battu le Bre\u0301sil de la plus belle des manie\u0300res. C\u2019est le plus important.
