Les jours passent maintenant et le pre\u0301sident directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de Vision 4 n\u2019est toujours pas rentre\u0301 chez lui, accuse\u0301 d\u2019e\u0302tre le principal commanditaire du meurtre de Martinez Zogo qui en savait trop sur lui et d\u2019autres ministres dans les affaires de de\u0301tournement de fonds, en ce qui concerne les lignes budge\u0301taires 57, 65 et 94.<\/p>\n

Qu’est-ce que la garde a\u0300 vue ?<\/p>\n

Selon l’article 118 (1) du Code de proce\u0301dure pe\u0301nale : \u00ab\u00a0La garde a\u0300 vue est une mesure de police en vertu de laquelle une personne est dans le cas d’une enque\u0302te pre\u0301liminaire, en vue de la manifestation de la ve\u0301rite\u0301, retenue dans un local de police judiciaire, pour une dure\u0301e limite\u0301e, sous la responsabilite\u0301 d’un officier de police judiciaire a\u0300 la disposition de qui elle doit rester\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Qui peut e\u0302tre garde\u0301 a\u0300 vue ?<\/p>\n

Il ressort de l’aline\u0301a 2 de l’article 18 que la garde a\u0300 vue ne peut e\u0302tre prononce\u0301e que contre une personne n’ayant pas de re\u0301sidence connue. Une personne ayant une re\u0301sidence connue ne peut e\u0302tre garde\u0301e a\u0300 vue qu’en cas de crime ou de\u0301lit flagrant et s’il existe contre elle des indices graves et concordants.<\/p>\n

Quelle est la dure\u0301e de la garde a\u0300 vue ?<\/p>\n

L’article 119 (2) fixe le de\u0301lai a\u0300 48 heures renouvelables une seule fois. Pour renouveler deux fois, il faut l’autorisation du procureur de la Re\u0301publique.<\/p>\n
