Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Ceux qui redoutent le remaniement ministe\u0301riel cense\u0301 intervenir courant de ce mois de fe\u0301vrier, depuis que le chef de l\u2019Etat s\u2019est rendu a\u0300 Mvomeka\u2019, ont encore frappe\u0301. Le 17 fe\u0301vrier dernier, une liste en cours de finalisation e\u0301tait sur la table du chef de l\u2019Etat a\u0300 Mvomeka\u2019a. Surprise, me\u0302me si cela ne surprend vraiment plus, cette liste de personnalite\u0301s concocte\u0301es a encore fuite\u0301. Dans sa parution de ce mardi 21 fe\u0301vrier 2023, le journal L\u2019Unite\u0301 partage ce nouveau gouvernement.<\/p>\n

L\u2019urgence d\u2019un souffle nouveau. Ce serait assure\u0301ment le titre idoine pour qualifier le besoin d\u2019air plus manifeste que latent, perceptible au Cameroun. Meurtri, fle\u0301tri, abuse\u0301 par une kyrielle de projets infrastructurels non re\u0301alise\u0301s, des scandales d\u2019Etat non e\u0301lucide\u0301s, aux prises d\u2019une guerre apparente de clans, embarrassante, \u00ab camisolante \u00bb et \u00ab muselante \u00bb ; sous le spectre d\u2019une terreur meurtrie\u0300re ambiante, le peuple camerounais suffoquant, appelle de tous ses v\u0153ux un nouveau gouvernement. Ce qui n\u2019est pas du gou\u0302t des apparatchiks de l\u2019immobilisme.<\/p>\n

Des esprits retors, ve\u0301ritables butors qui s\u2019attellent a\u0300 rester aux affaires en retardant le plus longtemps possible le nouveau gouvernement, destine\u0301 a\u0300 restaurer la confiance. Il a vocation a\u0300 e\u0301touffer la bellige\u0301rance clanique des factions aux ambitions pouvoiristes et a\u0300 apaiser le climat socio-politique. Il doit assurer une redistribution massive des cartes dans le respect et me\u0302me l\u2019aggiornamento des grands e\u0301quilibres, tel que le suscite la configuration de la dernie\u0300re mouture balance\u0301e sur la toile. Il a souvent e\u0301te\u0301 qualifie\u0301 d\u2019Hommes Impre\u0301visible, il l\u2019a de\u0301montre\u0301 a\u0300 maints e\u0301gards. Mais il n\u2019est pas Dieu.<\/p>\n

Ontologiquement frappe\u0301 du sceau immutable de l\u2019humanite\u0301, le Pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique a des failles. L\u2019une d\u2019elle re\u0301side dans son refus de subir le diktat des e\u0301ve\u0300nements. Il aime prendre son temps et surprendre. Tout le monde l\u2019a compris. En 40 ans de Magiste\u0300re, les changements de gouvernement \u00ab mort-ne\u0301s \u00bb pullulent. Il ne servirait a\u0300 rien de re\u0301pondre a\u0300 cette question. Sa re\u0301ponse coule de source. Nous la connaissons tous, de fait ce n\u2019est pas sous cette plume que cette confidence de polichinelle coulera.<\/p>\n

Bien que tre\u0300s cossue en quantite\u0301, l\u2019effectif de ceux croient que le volume du projet ou me\u0302me sa composition ou encore sa configuration sont e\u0301loquents de son caracte\u0300re vrai, vraisemblable, possible, plausible, ils se trompent…<\/p>\n

Il faut faire croire a\u0300 une imagination fertile de quelques saltimbanques. Ce serait alors faire preuve de nai\u0308vete\u0301 que de croire a\u0300 un petit jeu de rigolos. Rien n\u2019est fortuit ! La qualite\u0301 des noms souvent inscrits dans ces gouvernements dits fantoches en dit long sur la forfaiture orchestre\u0301e. Il ne faut pas se laisser abuser par l\u2019apparence surre\u0301aliste. Elle cache bien une joute macabre, un tantinet funeste. Ah il y a souvent eu des morts. Soit ! Parfois juste pour empe\u0302cher l\u2019arrive\u0301e au soleil de 5 ou 6 personnes on cre\u0301e un gouvernement. Les marionnettistes de la coterie \u00ab he\u0301te\u0301rocrate \u00bb savent que le Vieux Lion, a\u0300 la de\u0301couverte dans la rue de son intimite\u0301 politique nague\u0300re prote\u0301ge\u0301e sous l\u2019e\u0301treinte de l\u2019oreiller va surseoir et me\u0302me changer d\u2019avis… (Il est arrive\u0301 que des textes de\u0301ja\u0300 a\u0300 la maison de la radio soient rappele\u0301s et ajourne\u0301s sine die). Ils ont la malice et surtout ils connaissent la maladie du Boss. Ainsi jusqu\u2019au prochain remaniement ministe\u0301riel re\u0301el, attachez les ceintures car le voyage dans les gouvernements virtuels risque mettre long. Ils ne veulent pas e\u0301courter leur pouvoir. Ces gens n\u2019aiment pas la rose. Qu\u2019en est-il du sphinx inoxydable ? Il semble n\u2019avoir pas encore dit son dernier mot. L\u2019apre\u0300s se\u0301natoriale peut s\u2019ave\u0301rer seigneurial et en fin assouvir la soif de s.a.n.g. du Peuple. \u00ab Wait and SED \u00bb.<\/p>\n
