Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Un appel d\u2019offres vient d\u2019e\u0302tre lance\u0301 par le Projet d\u2019appui au de\u0301veloppement des filie\u0300res agricoles phase II.<\/b><\/p>\n

Le gouvernement a\u0300 travers le Projet d\u2019appui au de\u0301veloppement des filie\u0300res agricoles<\/b> phase II (Padfa II), veut s\u2019attacher les services d\u2019un consultant pour re\u0301aliser une e\u0301tude technique pour l\u2019installation de ces unite\u0301s de transformation. C\u2019est la teneur d\u2019un appel d\u2019offres qui vient d\u2019e\u0302tre lance\u0301 par la coordinatrice de ce projet, He\u0301le\u0300ne Misse Ngoh.<\/p>\n

Le cabinet retenu pour re\u0301aliser les prestations de conseil comprenant l\u2019e\u0301tude technique pour l\u2019installation de huit (08) unite\u0301s modernes de transformation du paddy en riz blanc<\/b>, incluant la mise en place diffe\u0301rencie\u0301e de filie\u0300res de gestion\/valorisation des coproduits (transformation du son de riz <\/b>en aliment comple\u0301mentaire ou en aliment de be\u0301tai<\/b>l, L\u2019appel d\u2019offre pre\u0301cise que le projet comprendra l\u2019installation d\u2019une ligne d\u2019e\u0301tuvage du riz dans trois des unite\u0301s modernes, ce qui permettra d\u2019approvisionner le marche\u0301 en riz e\u0301tuve\u0301 de haute qualite\u0301 marchande et nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n

A travers la mise en place de ces unite\u0301s de transformation, on comprend la volonte\u0301 du gouvernement de relancer la production de riz au Cameroun. Surtout quand on sait que le pays n\u2019arrive toujours pas a\u0300 satisfaire la demande locale en riz estime\u0301e a\u0300 600.000 tonnes. Pour combler le de\u0301ficit estime\u0301 a\u0300 plus de 200 tonnes, l\u2019Etat a recours aux importations.<\/p>\n
