L\u2019objet de la lettre intitule\u0301 \u2018Demande de pre\u0301cision\u2019, fait suite a\u0300 la de\u0301claration du Premier Pre\u0301sident de la Cour Supre\u0302me lors de la dernie\u0300re rentre\u0301e solennelle des hommes en toges.<\/p>\n

\u00ab C’est avec un inte\u0301re\u0302t particulier que la Communaute\u0301 internationale camerounaise et moi-me\u0302me avons suivi votre discours lors de la rentre\u0301e Judiciaire et comprenez notre inquie\u0301tude lorsque vous avez cite\u0301 l’Institut MIDA de Pre\u0301vention des Crises Civiles et Militaires dont j’ai la charge, et dont le proce\u0300s est en cours \u00bb, a e\u0301crit Albert Ce\u0301dric Foe Amougou.<\/p>\n

\u00ab En effet, depuis le de\u0301but de la violente campagne de de\u0301sinformation pour tenir l’image dudit Institut dont les droits les plus fondamentaux et les plus sacre\u0301s lui ont e\u0301te\u0301 refuse\u0301s et dont la privation de liberte\u0301 de ses dirigeants depuis cinq ans sans la moindre condamnation, j’ai e\u0301te\u0301 ahuri de vous entendre nous citer publiquement pour relever des pratiques criminelles en cours dans notre pays \u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Aussi, j’ai souhaite\u0301 avoir de votre illustre autorite\u0301 judiciaire quelques pre\u0301cisions :<\/p>\n

Etes-vous en train de reconnaitre notre condamnation ?<\/p>\n

Etiez-vous en train d’influencer ou d’orienter subtilement une proce\u0301dure judiciaire en cours de jugement ?<\/p>\n

Sachant que vous e\u0302tes la plus haute juridiction judiciaire, ne pensez-vous pas que vos paroles pourront mettre en mal notre pre\u0301somption d’innocence ? \u00bb, se questionne-t-il avant de pre\u0301ciser que \u00ab c’est avec humilite\u0301 que nous souhaitons avoir ces pre\u0301cisions afin que nous puissions retrouver la confiance que nous jouirons de toute l’impartialite\u0301 pre\u0301vue par nos lois devant les juridictions en charge de nos proce\u0300s \u00bb.<\/p>\n
