Le dernier renvoie le premier en retraite force\u0301e.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une correspondance date\u0301e du 2 mars 2023 adresse\u0301e au recteur de l\u2019universite\u0301 de Ngaoundere le Pr Uphie Chinje Malo, contro\u0302leur financier, Joseph Nkili Abessolo lui demandait de prendre sa retraite.<\/p>\n<p>Il e\u0301crivait: \u00ab De l\u2019examen de votre dossier personnel en ma possession, il ressort que vous avez de\u0301ja\u0300 atteint la limite d\u2019a\u0302ge au mois de fe\u0301vrier 2023. Limite d\u2019a\u0302ge a\u0300 laquelle vous e\u0302tes admise a\u0300 faire valoir vos droits a\u0300 la retraite \u00bb, rappelle le contro\u0302leur financier en se re\u0301fe\u0301rant au de\u0301cret N\u00b077\/41 du 03 fe\u0301vrier 1977 qui pre\u0301cise ses compe\u0301tences.<\/p>\n<p>Le 6 mars 2023, Madame le Recteur deposait une citation directe contre son contro\u0302leur financier au tribunal de premie\u0300re instance de Ngaounde\u0301re\u0301 pour : \u00ab diffamation \u00bb, \u00ab chantage \u00bb, \u00ab abus de fonction \u00bb ou encore \u00ab outrage a\u0300 fonctionnaire \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Le 6 mars 2023, le ministre des Finances, Louis Paul Motaze a adresse\u0301 une demande d\u2019explication a\u0300 son contro\u0302leur financier.
