Le silence de Paul Biya n\u2019inqui\u00e8te plus seulement les opposants. M\u00eame les pires d\u00e9tracteurs du Mouvement pour la Renaissance du Cameroun (MRC) commencent par s\u2019interroger. C\u2019est le cas de Dieudonn\u00e9 Essomba qui tire \u00e0 boulets rouges sur le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh. Ce dernier profite de l\u2019absence de Paul Biya pour se muer en un gouvernement-bis selon Dieudonn\u00e9 Essomba.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La confusion au niveau de la gouvernance strat\u00e9gique de l\u2019Etat, o\u00f9 face \u00e0 un Chef d\u2019Etat absent, on ne sait plus qui d\u00e9cide de quoi et qui assume quoi. Le Secr\u00e9tariat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Pr\u00e9sidence s\u2019est mu\u00e9 en un Gouvernement-bis, s\u2019appropriant abusivement des missions d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des Minist\u00e8res, en mati\u00e8re de sport et de gestion de la COVID19, sans qu\u2019on puisse voir en quoi cela a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 la gestion de l\u2019Etat \u00bb, a-t-il publi\u00e9 dans une tribune ce dimanche.<\/p>\n

Les craintes de l\u2019\u00e9conomiste \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es par le magazine Jeune Afrique qui r\u00e9v\u00e9lait que des doutes planent sur les \u00ab hautes instructions \u00bb que signaient Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh.<\/p>\n

\u00ab De nombreux membres du gouvernement appliquent les \u00ab hautes instructions du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00bb de mauvaise gr\u00e2ce. Ces derniers ont bien du mal \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer l\u2019octroi, depuis novembre 2019, de nouveaux pouvoirs \u00e0 Ferdinand Ngoh Nogh, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la pr\u00e9sidence (SGPR), apr\u00e8s que Paul Biya lui a d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 sa signature \u00bb, r\u00e9v\u00e9lait le journal.<\/p>\n

Laurent Esso la b\u00eate noire<\/p>\n

Laurent Esso, le ministre de la justice qui ne se soumet qu\u2019\u00e0 Paul Biya m\u00e9prisant au passage le premier ministre et le SG de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique, n\u2019accorde plus de cr\u00e9dit aux d\u00e9crets sign\u00e9s par Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh. Le 05 mars 2021, il a envoy\u00e9 un premier signal au SG de la pr\u00e9sidence en maintenant en d\u00e9tention et en refusant la mainlev\u00e9e des scell\u00e9s sur les avoirs de l\u2019ancien ministre Basile Atangana. Cette mesure \u00e9tait pourtant une \u00ab haute instruction \u00bb du chef de l\u2019Etat que lui avait r\u00e9percut\u00e9 Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh le 02 d\u00e9cembre 2020.<\/p>\n

Plus r\u00e9cemment le ministre de la justice s\u2019est abstenu de d\u00e9clencher des poursuites judiciaires contre les pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s d\u00e9tourneurs des fonds Covid-19.
