Y faisant suite, j\u2019ai l\u2019honneur de vous faire connaitre que, je n’en ai pas besoin de ce personnel. L\u2019inte\u0301resse\u0301 doit aller prendre impe\u0301rativement service au Secre\u0301tariat ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019Universite\u0301 de Ngaounde\u0301re\u0301 pour emploi\u00bb. Cet extrait est une partie de la re\u0301ponse par e\u0301crit du Contro\u0302leur financier de l\u2019universite\u0301 de Ngaounde\u0301re\u0301 suite a\u0300 une de\u0301cision de la Rectrice de cet e\u0301tablissment public d\u2019enseignement supe\u0301rieur.<\/p>\n

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un nouvel e\u0301pisode dans la gue\u0301guerre qui oppose les 2 commis de l’E\u0301tat. Tout est parti d\u2019une note de Joseph Nkili Abessolo date\u0301e du 3 mars 2023. Il y disait a\u0300 Florence Chinje Uphe qu\u2019a\u0300 de\u0301faut de pre\u0301senter \u00abun acte de prorogation d\u2019activite\u0301 signe\u0301 par l\u2019autorite\u0301 compe\u0301tente\u00bb, elle avait atteint l\u2019a\u0302ge de de\u0301part a\u0300 la retraite et ne pouvait par conse\u0301quent plus engager ni ordonner des de\u0301penses.<\/p>\n

Suite a\u0300 cela, la Rectrice de l\u2019Universite\u0301 de Ngaounde\u0301re\u0301 a porte\u0301 plainte au Contro\u0302leur financier. Dans la citation directe servie le 6 mars dernier a\u0300 Joseph Nkili Abessolo, il est mentionne\u0301 qu’il est poursuivi pour \u00abde\u0301nonciation calomnieuse, diffamation, chantage, abus de fonction et outrage a\u0300 fonctionnaire\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Alors qu\u2019une audience est pre\u0301vue le lundi 27 mars 2023 au Tribunal de premie\u0300re instance de la capitale re\u0301gionale de l’Adamaoua, cette \u00abbataille\u00bb qui fait les choux gras de la presse et alimentent les de\u0301bats sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux se de\u0301roule sans que jusqu\u2019ici le ministre de l\u2019Enseignement supe\u0301rieur, Jacques Fame Ndongo, et le ministre de Finances, Louis Paul Motaze, ne se prononcent.<\/p>\n
