Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Un e\u0301lu local du Parti Camerounais pour la Re\u0301conciliation Nationale \u2013 PCRN porte des accusations graves contre le gouvernement de Paul Biya. En effet, un maire PCRN accuse le gouvernement de bloquer le de\u0301veloppement et la re\u0301alisation des projets a\u0300 Eseka. Ces accusations sont relaye\u0301es par le lanceur d\u2019alerte Boris Bertolt.<\/p>\n

Le maire d\u2019Eseka, SYLVAIN TJOCK n\u2019est pas content et accuse le gouvernement de bloquer le de\u0301veloppement de sa localite\u0301. Notamment l\u2019imple\u0301mentation de projets d\u2019envergure bloque\u0301e du fait de l\u2019absence d\u2019acce\u0300s a\u0300 la terre. Ainsi, l\u2019on apprend que plusieurs projet sont bloque\u0301s a\u0300 ESEKA du fait d\u2019absence d\u2019espace pour les re\u0301aliser:<\/p>\n

– Construction d’un Centre de Re\u0301fe\u0301rence Technologique de 5 milliards a\u0300 Ese\u0301ka (la partie Camerounaise par la Commune ayant de\u0301ja\u0300 verse\u0301 ses 56 millions) par la firme allemande CTS AUTOMOTIVE;<\/p>\n

– Construction de 4 centrales photovoltaiques d’une capacite\u0301 chacune de 1.5MW par des partenaires Australiens;<\/p>\n

– L’ame\u0301nagement de 4ha de terrain pour la mise en place d’une de\u0301charge municipale moderne.<\/p>\n

\u00ab 16 dossiers de demande d’immatriculation ou de attendent depuis 3 ans soit a\u0300 la Pre\u0301fecture, soit a\u0300 la De\u0301le\u0301gation Departementale du MINDCAF, soit au Ministe\u0300re, sans suite.\u00bb pre\u0301cise les responsables de la mairie.<\/p>\n

Une demande de declassification des re\u0301serves forestie\u0300res a\u0300 Eseka a e\u0301te\u0301 faite aux fins de cre\u0301ation de fore\u0302ts communales. Aucun retour jusqu’a\u0300 ce jour. Dans ce contexte, aucun de\u0301veloppement n\u2019est possible.<\/p>\n
