Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Avec le rejet de tous les recours introduits au Conseil constitutionnel par le Front des de\u0301mocrates camerounais (FDC) d\u2019Emilien Atangana et l\u2019Union nationale pour la de\u0301mocratie et le progre\u0300s (Undp) de Bello Bouba Mai\u0308gari, la victoire totale du parti au pouvoir est consacre\u0301e dans l\u2019ensemble du pays. 70 se\u0301nateurs sur 70 en compe\u0301tition, telle sera a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301vidence le prononce\u0301 du Conseil constitutionnel le jeudi 23 mars 2023. A compter de cette date, le Pre\u0301sident disposera de 10 jours pour nommer les 30 se\u0301nateurs du tiers pre\u0301sidentiel commune\u0301ment appele\u0301 la \u00abre\u0301serve se\u0301natoriale du chef de l\u2019Etat\u00bb. C\u2019est dans ce package qu\u2019espe\u0300rent avoir droit au chapitre, les quatre formations politiques de l\u2019opposition qui ont compe\u0301ti dans le Grand-Nord a\u0300 savoir l\u2019Undp, le Fsnc, le MDR et l\u2019Andp. \u00abLa question n\u2019est pas de savoir si ces partis politiques be\u0301ne\u0301ficieront de l\u2019aumo\u0302ne pre\u0301sidentielle, cela est une certitude ; mais qui aura combien et ou\u0300, et me\u0302me qui ?\u00bb, avance Bouba Issiakou, militant de l\u2019Alliance nationale pour la de\u0301mocratie et le progre\u0300s. De fait, dans la mandature sortante, tous ces partis, fide\u0300les allie\u0301s du chef de l\u2019Etat sur le territoire politique du Grand-Nord, y sie\u0301geaient de\u0301ja\u0300 gra\u0302ce a\u0300 la magnanimite\u0301 pre\u0301sidentielle.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Union nationale pour la de\u0301mocratie et le progre\u0300s avait be\u0301ne\u0301ficie\u0301 de deux se\u0301nateurs, le Front pour le salut national du Cameroun (Fsnc) d\u2019Issa Tchiroma, d\u2019un se\u0301nateur ; l\u2019Alliance nationale pour la de\u0301mocratie et le progre\u0300s d\u2019un se\u0301nateur et le Mouvement de\u0301mocratique pour la de\u0301fense de la Re\u0301publique (MDR) de feu Dakole\u0301 Dai\u0308ssala, d\u2019un se\u0301nateur. Soit 5 se\u0301nateurs sur les 30 nomme\u0301s avec des curiosite\u0301s qui ne puisent leurs sources que dans les me\u0301andres obscures de la politique. C\u2019est ainsi que sur les deux postes attribue\u0301s a\u0300 l\u2019Undp, l\u2019un des be\u0301ne\u0301ficiaires n\u2019e\u0301tait autre que Pierre Flambeau Ngayap, secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de cette formation politique de\u0301signe\u0301 dans le quota du Littoral. Quid de la se\u0301natrice Andp puise\u0301e dans le quota de l\u2019Est ou\u0300 le parti percute moins que dans son fief de l\u2019Extre\u0302me Nord ? Comme il est d\u2019e\u0301vidence, la magnanimite\u0301 pre\u0301sidentielle n\u2019a non plus vocation a\u0300 renforcer tous les partenaires politiques.<\/p>\n

RE\u0301PARTITION<\/p>\n

La cle\u0301 de re\u0301partition pourrait-elle changer cette fois-ci ? Rien n\u2019est moins su\u0302r. Tout de\u0301pend du bon vouloir du chef de l\u2019Etat. \u00abLes partis politiques disposent d\u2019une petite marge, laquelle a par exemple permis au pre\u0301sident du Fsnc de se de\u0301barrasser, en 2018, de son se\u0301nateur Abbo avec qui il e\u0301tait en bisbilles\u00bb, pre\u0301vient toutefois une source au Palais. A l\u2019analyse, le partage du ga\u0302teau pre\u0301sidentiel prendrait en compte le poids de chaque formation politique. Dans cette hypothe\u0300se, l\u2019Undp, en lice dans les trois re\u0301gions septentrionales et a\u0300 qui certains pre\u0301disaient une victoire dans l\u2019Adamaoua avant de mordre la poussie\u0300re, devrait s\u2019en tirer avec minimalement deux se\u0301nateurs. Toute re\u0301duction serait perc\u0327ue comme une sanction. \u00abLe Pre\u0301sident sait quel est notre poids re\u0301el sur le terrain et nous sommes certains qu\u2019il en tiendra compte\u00bb, confirme un proche de Bello Bouba Mai\u0308gari. \u00abNous aurions voulu gagner sur le terrain, notamment dans l\u2019Adamaoua, mais les forces de l\u2019argent ont souffle\u0301 plus fort que le vent de la de\u0301mocratie\u00bb, regrette-il.<\/p>\n

Au Fsnc comme a\u0300 l\u2019Andp, l\u2019on est e\u0301galement confiant sur le sort que leur re\u0301servera le chef de l\u2019Etat. \u00abLa fide\u0301lite\u0301 au chef de l\u2019Etat ne se marchande pas. Le Fsnc est et sera toujours a\u0300 ses co\u0302te\u0301s, qu\u2019il soit ou non au Senat. Bien su\u0302r que si le Pre\u0301sident, dans sa grande magnanimite\u0301 politique, accordait sa confiance a\u0300 notre parti, nous n\u2019en serons qu\u2019honore\u0301s\u00bb, avance-t-on dans les rangs du Fsnc. Me\u0302me rengaine a\u0300 l\u2019Andp qui, a\u0300 la diffe\u0301rence des trois autres formations qui sie\u0300gent de\u0301ja\u0300 a\u0300 l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale, fonde ses espoirs parlementaires sur le tiers pre\u0301sidentiel.<\/p>\n

Au Mouvement de\u0301mocratique pour la de\u0301fense de la Re\u0301publique arrive\u0301 en troisie\u0300me position dans la re\u0301gion de l\u2019Extre\u0302me-Nord, derrie\u0300re le Rdpc et l\u2019Undp, l\u2019heure est e\u0301galement a\u0300 l\u2019attente. Avant son de\u0301ce\u0300s, Dakole\u0301 Dai\u0308ssala sie\u0301geait au Senat gra\u0302ce a\u0300 ce coup de pouce du chef de l\u2019Etat. Avec ses deux de\u0301pute\u0301s a\u0300 l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale, ce parti politique, allie\u0301 de Paul Biya dans des moments cruciaux, espe\u0300re cocher la dernie\u0300re case pour faire partie de la short list des formations politiques sie\u0301geant aussi bien a\u0300 l\u2019Assemble\u0301e nationale qu\u2019au Senat. \u00abDepuis sa fondation, le MDR s\u2019est toujours inscrit dans la Re\u0301publique et dans le jeu de\u0301mocratique sous la haute direction de sa majeste\u0301 Dakole\u0301 Dai\u0308ssala. Depuis son de\u0301ce\u0300s, notre parti est reste\u0301 fide\u0300le a\u0300 cette vision re\u0301publicaine et c\u2019est dans cet esprit que nous avions pris part a\u0300 cette e\u0301lection et joue\u0301 notre partition\u00bb, indique Me Djorwe\u0301 Paulin, pre\u0301sident national du MDR. L\u2019heure est donc de\u0301sormais a\u0300 l\u2019attente. Et comme toujours, un seul mai\u0302tre a\u0300 la man\u0153uvre : Paul Biya.<\/p>\n
