Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Le ministre des Finances, Louis Paul Motaze (photo), a lance\u0301 le 31 mars 2023 en direction des socie\u0301te\u0301s de bourses de la Cemac, un appel d\u2019offres en vue de recruter un consortium d\u2019arrangeurs pour l\u2019emprunt obligataire de 200 milliards de FCFA que le pays va lancer au mois de mai sur le marche\u0301 financier re\u0301gional. Il s\u2019agit de la 7e ope\u0301ration du Tre\u0301sor sur ce marche\u0301 depuis sa mise en place. La dernie\u0300re sortie du Cameroun, intervenue en 2022, s\u2019est solde\u0301e par un succe\u0300s avec a\u0300 la cle\u0301 235 milliards de FCFA capte\u0301s alors qu\u2019il n\u2019en recherchait initialement que 200 milliards.<\/p>\n

Les socie\u0301te\u0301s de bourses inte\u0301resse\u0301es ont jusqu\u2019au 14 avril prochain pour se constituer en consortium d\u2019au moins 5 membres (dont une socie\u0301te\u0301 de bourse non lie\u0301e a\u0300 un groupe bancaire) et de\u0301poser leurs propositions technique et financie\u0300re aupre\u0300s du ministe\u0300re des Finances. Les soumissionnaires seront e\u0301value\u0301es sur leur connaissance des marche\u0301s obligataires. Ils devront par ailleurs justifier d\u2019une \u00ab expe\u0301rience ave\u0301re\u0301e de prestations de services d\u2019investissement d\u2019emprunts obligataires en Afrique subsaharienne en ge\u0301ne\u0301ral et en zone Cemac en particulier \u00bb, indique l\u2019appel d\u2019offres. Le montant de la prise ferme propose\u0301e est aussi crite\u0300re. Le Cameroun a fixe\u0301 le montant minimum au tiers de la somme sollicite\u0301e, soit 66,66 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n

Au titre de ses missions, le consortium devra accompagner le Cameroun sur l\u2019ensemble des aspects de l\u2019ope\u0301ration. Il doit notamment e\u0301laborer le document d\u2019information, effectuer le roadshow aupre\u0300s des investisseurs de la Cemac et assurer le placement des titres e\u0301mis sur le marche\u0301 primaire de la Bourse des valeurs mobilie\u0300res d\u2019Afrique Centrale (Bvmac).<\/p>\n
