Les travaux \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sid\u00e9s par Seidou Mbombo Njoya, pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration et 4\u00e8 vice-pr\u00e9sident de la CAF.<\/p>\n

\u00abLe Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif autorise le pr\u00e9sident de la FECAFOOT \u00e0 recourir \u00e0 un emprunt pour les travaux de parach\u00e8vement de l\u2019immeuble si\u00e8ge de la FECAFOOT \u00e0 Warda\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n

, lit-on dans la r\u00e9solution num\u00e9ro 10 des assises.<\/p>\n

Si le montant n\u2019est pas encore connu, Cameroon-Info.Net est en revanche capable de dire que le cr\u00e9dit sera contract\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de la FIFA.<\/p>\n

Les travaux pi\u00e9tinent<\/b><\/p>\n

C\u2019est en 2012 que la FECAFOOT, alors dirig\u00e9e par Iya Mohammed, proc\u00e8de \u00e0 la passation du march\u00e9 pour la construction d\u2019un nouvel immeuble si\u00e8ge (maquette) au quartier Warda, dans l\u2019arrondissement de Yaound\u00e9 2\u00e8.<\/p>\n

Le chantier d\u2019un montant de 1 786 000 000 FCFA est confi\u00e9 \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Guimar pour un d\u00e9lai d\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux de huit mois. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un b\u00e2timent comportant cinq niveaux, b\u00e2ti sur une superficie de 2 800 m2 avec bureaux, salles de r\u00e9union, restaurant etc.<\/p>\n

Mais depuis, le chantier n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9. Les travaux sont d\u2019ailleurs loin d\u2019\u00eatre achev\u00e9s. Pour expliquer cet \u00e9norme retard, le constructeur met en avant l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la FECAFOOT. Il faut dire qu\u2019en neuf ans, l\u2019instance a connu cinq ex\u00e9cutifs diff\u00e9rents, dont deux comit\u00e9s de normalisation.<\/p>\n

En mars 2020, M. Mbombo Njoya, arriv\u00e9 aux commandes de l\u2019instance en d\u00e9cembre 2018, d\u00e9cide de lancer un appel d\u2019offres \u00abpour les travaux de parach\u00e8vement\u00bb dudit immeuble. Il r\u00e9silie ainsi le contrat qui liait la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Guimar.
