Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une note relative a\u0300 un document en circulation sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux. Le ministre de Paul Biya durcit le ton et recadre les auteurs de ce document dit frauduleux et fictif. Outre cela, il annonce l\u2019intervention des autorite\u0301s compe\u0301tentes afin d\u2019identifier ces usurpateurs du sceau de l\u2019Etat Camerounais.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Le Ministre des Finances porte a\u0300 l&rsquo;attention de l&rsquo;opinion publique nationale qu&rsquo;un document intitule\u0301 : \u00ab BILATERAL TREATY FOR RECOGNITION OF THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE UNITED STATES OF KAILASA \u00bb, a e\u0301te\u0301 mis en circulation sur les re\u0301seaux sociaux par des individus encore non identifie\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p>Cet acte a pour objet de faire reconnaitre par l&rsquo;Etat du Cameroun, I&rsquo;existence de cet Etat fictif, et de lui consentir la cession d&rsquo;une parcelle du territoire national pour un montant de 3 500 000.00 Euros.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ministre des Finances tient a\u0300 rappeler que la ne\u0301gociation et la signature de tels accords ressortissent de la compe\u0301tence exclusive du Chef de l&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Il fait donc appel a\u0300 la vigilance de tous sur ce document qui falsifie sa signature et sur lequel le Sceau de l&rsquo;Etat est frauduleusement appose\u0301.
