Dans une re\u0301cente interview accorde\u0301e a\u0300 l\u2019agence Ecofin, le directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de cette institution renseigne que des pourparlers ont de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301te\u0301 entame\u0301s avec la Commission de surveillance du marche\u0301 financier d\u2019Afrique centrale (Cosumaf) pour obtenir les autorisations ne\u0301cessaires a\u0300 la mise en place de cet indicateur.<\/p>\n

Pour Louis Banga Ntolo, \u00ab le marche\u0301 de la sous-re\u0301gion n\u2019est pas visible a\u0300 l\u2019international, tout simplement parce que nous manquons d\u2019un indicateur, qui est l\u2019indicateur par lequel on pre\u0301sente les marche\u0301s boursiers dans le monde, c\u2019est-a\u0300-dire l\u2019indice. Il faut que le re\u0301gulateur de la Cosumaf me donne l\u2019autorisation de cre\u0301er le premier indice \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Un indice boursier est un groupe d\u2019actions utilise\u0301 pour e\u0301valuer la performance ge\u0301ne\u0301rale d\u2019une place boursie\u0300re ou d\u2019un secteur. Le tout premier indice de la Bvmac devrait rassembler toutes les 6 valeurs actuellement cote\u0301es sur le compartiment actions (Safacam, Socapalm, SEMC, La Re\u0301gionale, Bange, SCG-Re\u0301).<\/p>\n

Le pre\u0301alable fixe\u0301 par la Cosumaf pour mettre en place cet indicateur, renseigne Louis Banga Ntolo, c\u2019est la mise a\u0300 jour du syste\u0300me de cotation. Le re\u0301gulateur souhaite que la bourse passe d\u2019une cotation au fixing (a\u0300 un moment pre\u0301cis de la journe\u0301e) comme c\u2019est le cas actuellement a\u0300 une cotation en continu (toute la journe\u0301e). Un processus vers lequel la place boursie\u0300re serait bien avance\u0301e a\u0300 en croire son directeur ge\u0301ne\u0301ral.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le re\u0301gulateur a beaucoup d\u2019appre\u0301hension par rapport a\u0300 la ve\u0301tuste\u0301 de mon outil de cotation, que, ne\u0301anmoins, nous avons eu a\u0300 re\u0301former il n\u2019y a pas longtemps, ce qui nous a permis de remettre l\u2019outil presque a\u0300 neuf. Ainsi, lors de mes discussions avec le re\u0301gulateur, je vais essayer de le convaincre que j\u2019ai remis mon outil en e\u0301tat et que je peux tenir mes engagements \u00bb, a indique\u0301 le DG de la Bvmac.<\/p>\n

L\u2019entre\u0301e en sce\u0300ne de l\u2019indice boursier devrait permettre a\u0300 la Bvmac d\u2019amorcer une nouvelle e\u0301tape de son de\u0301veloppement 5 ans apre\u0300s la fusion physique et institutionnelle des deux marche\u0301s financiers de la Cemac.<\/p>\n
