Le programme va s\u2019e\u0301taler sur trois ans et participant seront se\u0301lectionne\u0301s par appel a\u0300 candidatures, apprend-on.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet mis en \u0153uvre dans le cadre du Plan triennal spe\u0301cial jeunes vise a\u0300 promouvoir l\u2019utilisation des farines locales dans la fabrication des produits de boulangerie. En lieu et place du ble\u0301, ce\u0301re\u0301ale massivement importe\u0301e, et dont la farine est la plus utilise\u0301e au Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il faut de\u0301sormais que nos surfaces aient des produits hautement enrichis, gra\u0302ce a\u0300 ces nouveaux aliments qui seront transforme\u0301s localement sans plus compter totalement sur l\u2019importation.
