Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Au cours de l\u2019anne\u0301e courante, l\u2019Agence franc\u0327aise de de\u0301veloppement (AFD) va mettre a\u0300 la disposition de l\u2019Etat du Cameroun une enveloppe de 26,6 milliards de FCFA, dans le cadre des appuis budge\u0301taires qui accompagnent le programme e\u0301conomique et financier triennal 2022-2024, signe\u0301 entre le Cameroun et le Fonds mone\u0301taire international (FMI). L\u2019information a e\u0301te\u0301 re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301e le 5 mai 2023 a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301 par la partie franc\u0327aise, au cours d\u2019une audience entre des responsables de l\u2019AFD et le ministre de l\u2019Economie, Alamine Ousmane Mey.<\/p>\n

A en croire la me\u0302me source, une dernie\u0300re enveloppe du me\u0302me montant est attendue en 2024, apre\u0300s les 46,6 milliards de FCFA mis a\u0300 disposition du Tre\u0301sor public camerounais au cours de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2022. Ce qui portera a\u0300 100 milliards de FCFA au total, l\u2019enveloppe des appuis budge\u0301taires mis a\u0300 la disposition du Cameroun par la France, en vue d\u2019accompagner le programme e\u0301conomique et financier triennal Cameroun-FMI 2022-2024.<\/p>\n

Conclu le 29 juillet 2021, le programme e\u0301conomique et financier triennal Cameroun-FMI, assorti de la Facilite\u0301 e\u0301largie de cre\u0301dit (FEC) et du Me\u0301canisme e\u0301largi de cre\u0301dit (MEDC), permettra au pays d\u2019engranger environ 770 milliards de FCFA au titre d\u2019appuis budge\u0301taires, selon le ministre des Finances, Louis Paul Motaze\u0301. Sur cette enveloppe, 380 milliards de FCFA sont progressivement mis a\u0300 disposition par le FMI, au fil des revues du programme ; tandis que le reste provient des bailleurs de fonds tels que la Banque mondiale, la BAD, l\u2019Union europe\u0301enne, ou encore la France a\u0300 travers l\u2019AFD.<\/p>\n
