{"id":43747,"date":"2023-05-11T21:47:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T21:47:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/politique\/crise-anglophone-le-cameroun-obtient-un-pret-de-21-milliards-de-fcfa-pour-la-reconstruction-du-noso"},"modified":"2023-05-11T22:11:01","modified_gmt":"2023-05-11T22:11:01","slug":"crise-anglophone-le-cameroun-obtient-un-pret-de-21-milliards-de-fcfa-pour-la-reconstruction-du-noso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/cameroun\/economie\/crise-anglophone-le-cameroun-obtient-un-pret-de-21-milliards-de-fcfa-pour-la-reconstruction-du-noso","title":{"rendered":"Crise anglophone\u00a0: le Cameroun obtient un pr\u00eat de 21 milliards de FCFA pour la reconstruction du NOSO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Le pre\u0301sident de la BID Muhmmad Al Jasser a signe\u0301 le 10 mai 2023, un accord de pre\u0302t d\u2019un montant de 21,155 milliards de FCFA avec le ministre camerounais de l\u2019E\u0301conomie de la planification et de l\u2019ame\u0301nagement du territoire (Minepat) Alamine Ousmane Mey.<\/p>\n<p>Le 10 mai 2023, a\u0300 l\u2019occasion de la 48e re\u0301union annuelle du conseil des gouverneurs de la Banque islamique de de\u0301veloppement (BID), le pre\u0301sident de la BID Muhmmad Al Jasser a signe\u0301 avec le ministre camerounais de l\u2019E\u0301conomie de la planification et de l\u2019ame\u0301nagement du territoire (Minepat) Alamine Ousmane Mey un accord de pre\u0302t d\u2019un montant de 21,155 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Ce financement vise a\u0300 appuyer les efforts du gouvernement du Cameroun dans la reconstruction et la re\u0301habilitation des infrastructures essentielles, le renforcement de la cohe\u0301sion sociale et la revitalisation de l\u2019e\u0301conomie locale dans les Re\u0301gions du Nord-Ouest et du Sud-Ouest \u00bb a de\u0301clare\u0301 Alamine Ousmane Mey.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une enveloppe globale de 154 milliards de FCFA, seulement 11,5 milliards avaient e\u0301te\u0301 mobilise\u0301s en 2022. Soit un taux de mobilisation de 7,4%, selon le coordonnateur du PPRD.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Paul Tasong, l\u2019E\u0301tat a mobilise\u0301 75% des 11,5 milliards de FCFA. Le secteur prive\u0301 a apporte\u0301 1,2 milliard de FCFA ; le Programme des Nations unies pour le de\u0301veloppement (PNUD) 400 millions de FCFA ; et le Japon 1,5 milliard de FCFA. En mars dernier, l\u2019empire nippon a injecte\u0301 1,3 milliard de FCFA supple\u0301mentaires dans la cagnotte portant sa contribution a\u0300 2,8 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, au Cameroun, les re\u0301gions du Nord-Ouest et du Sud-Ouest vivent depuis six ans au rythme d\u2019une crise sociale, politique, mais aussi se\u0301curitaire. Entre les villes mortes et les affrontements entre les forces gouvernementales et les groupes arme\u0301s se\u0301paratistes, les populations de cette partie du Cameroun subissent les conse\u0301quences d\u2019un cycle intermittent de violences.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis le de\u0301clenchement de la crise, de nombreuses exactions commises par les se\u0301paratistes et les forces de se\u0301curite\u0301 camerounaises ont e\u0301te\u0301 enregistre\u0301es.
