Le chiffre a e\u0301te\u0301 re\u0301ve\u0301le\u0301 le 2 juin dernier a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301, au cours de la 2e session du Comite\u0301 national de suivi de l\u2019exe\u0301cution physico-financie\u0300re du BIP.<\/p>\n<p>Ce statu quo intervient alors qu\u2019au niveau de l\u2019administration, le taux d\u2019engagement (de passation de marche\u0301) pour ces projets s\u2019est nettement ame\u0301liore\u0301 passant de 81,41% en 2021 a\u0300 92,07% en 2022, soit une hausse de plus de 10 points.<\/p>\n<p>Le Comite\u0301 explique que l\u2019exe\u0301cution a rencontre\u0301 plusieurs difficulte\u0301s notamment la faible maturation des projets, l\u2019abandon de certains chantiers en raison du non-paiement des de\u0301comptes, des lenteurs dans l\u2019exe\u0301cution physique de certains projets a\u0300 financement conjoint, la faible appropriation des proce\u0301dures d\u2019exe\u0301cution et la crise se\u0301curitaire dans certaines re\u0301gions entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>Par re\u0301gion, le Nord et l\u2019Adamaoua affichent les taux d\u2019exe\u0301cution les plus e\u0301leve\u0301s respectivement a\u0300 91,5 % et 87,8%. Malgre\u0301 la crise se\u0301curitaire dans les re\u0301gions anglophones, le taux d\u2019exe\u0301cution dans le Nord-Ouest est ressorti a\u0300 87,86% contre 73,6% dans le Sud-ouest.
