L\u2019avocat a aborde\u0301 re\u0301cemment la production du pain qui fait partie de ses priorite\u0301s : \u00ab De\u0301nonciation de la mauvaise qualite\u0301 de pain commercialise\u0301 au Cameroun. Ce n’est pas du pain qu’on vend dans 99,70% de boulangeries au Cameroun.<\/p>\n

Pourtant un produit de grande consommation et de premie\u0300re ne\u0301cessite\u0301. Nul. La pa\u0302tisserie n’en parlons plus. La faute au ministe\u0300re du Commerce qui ne fait pas respecter les normes internationales en matie\u0300re de boulangerie.<\/p>\n

Le pain est norme\u0301. La faute aussi aux formateurs des boulangers et des pa\u0302tissiers. Quand je serai pre\u0301sident de la Re\u0301publique, des contro\u0302les stricts seront mene\u0301s pour que du bon pain soit vendu aux Camerounais. La mauvaise qualite\u0301 du pain impacte sur la sante\u0301 publique.<\/p>\n

Pour un premier temps, nous ferons venir des mai\u0302tres pa\u0302tissier franc\u0327ais, les meilleurs au monde, aux fins de formation des boulangers camerounais.<\/p>\n

Seules les personnes ayant fait ces formations auront le droit de travailler comme boulanger pa\u0302tissier \u00bb. De la parole a\u0300 l\u2019acte il y a souvent de l\u2019e\u0301cart et rien n\u2019indique que Me Christian Bomo Ntimbane sera vraiment e\u0301lu. Et s\u2019il venait a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0302tre, aucune garantie n\u2019existe quant a\u0300 ce qu\u2019il tienne parole.<\/p>\n

Tout de me\u0302me, c\u2019est de\u0301ja\u0300 bien que quelqu\u2019un ait le courage de soulever ce qui ne va pas au pays. Mais en me\u0302me temps, il est tre\u0300s facile de critiquer la gestion du pays quand on n\u2019est pas a\u0300 la place de celui qui est charge\u0301 de cette gestion.<\/p>\n
