Mis en de\u0301tention provisoire depuis le 30 novembre 2022, il est accuse\u0301 des faits de vol aggrave\u0301. En effet, selon les e\u0301le\u0301ments qui ressortent du proce\u0300s-verbal d\u2019enque\u0302te, le jeune homme s’est introduit par effraction dans le domicile de sa voisine dans la nuit du 22 au 23 novembre 2022.<\/p>\n

Intercepte\u0301 par la proprie\u0301taire des lieux, l’accuse\u0301 s’est enfui en emportant un te\u0301le\u0301phone portable, en laissant la bouteille a\u0300 gaz dont il avait de\u0301ja\u0300 coupe\u0301 le de\u0301tendeur. Appele\u0301 devant la barre du tribunal de grande instance du Mfoundi le 22 aou\u0302t 2023, l’accuse\u0301 a plaide\u0301 non coupable pour les faits qui lui sont reproche\u0301s en pre\u0301sence de la victime. Achille Mbataka, l’une des victimes a dit avoir reconnu Hassan Baba la nuit du forfait.<\/p>\n

A\u0300 la fin de leur audition, le procureur a requis la culpabilite\u0301 d’Hassan Baba au regard des e\u0301le\u0301ments de preuves apporte\u0301s par la victime et les te\u0301moins. L\u2019affaire est mise en de\u0301libe\u0301re\u0301 pour le 26 septembre prochain.<\/p>\n
