Le programme de de\u0301veloppement des talents de la FIFA a pour mission principale d\u2019investir dans les acade\u0301mies. L\u2019objectif est que d\u2019ici a\u0300 2026, chaque association membre dispose d\u2019au moins une acade\u0301mie ou un centre d\u2019excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Le programme de de\u0301veloppement des talents de la FIFA, mene\u0301 sous la houlette d\u2019Arse\u0300ne Wenger, Directeur du De\u0301veloppement du Football Mondial de la FIFA, aborde sa phase de mise en \u0153uvre. Son but : aider les associations membres a\u0300 atteindre leur potentiel en veillant a\u0300 ce que chaque talent puisse e\u0302tre de\u0301tecte\u0301 et de\u0301veloppe\u0301. Dans la droite ligne de l\u2019engagement a\u0300 long terme de l\u2019institution en la matie\u0300re, l\u2019objectif principal du programme de de\u0301veloppement des talents de la FIFA consiste a\u0300 e\u0301lever les standards des e\u0301quipes nationales, fe\u0301minines et masculines, dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une e\u0301tape cle\u0301 de la strate\u0301gie d\u2019ame\u0301lioration de la compe\u0301titivite\u0301 des e\u0301quipes nationales. Avec cette initiative destine\u0301e a\u0300 donner a\u0300 chaque talent sa chance, nous adoptons une approche coordonne\u0301e, holistique, scientifique et mondiale en matie\u0300re de de\u0301veloppement des talents. Dans le cadre de ce programme quadriennal, nous entendons de\u0301velopper les talents en nous rendant dans tous les pays, en y de\u0301pe\u0302chant nos entrai\u0302neurs et en ouvrant des acade\u0301mies ou des centres d\u2019excellence. 2023 sera une anne\u0301e charnie\u0300re pour nous a\u0300 cet e\u0301gard \u00bb, souligne Arse\u0300ne Wenger.<\/p>\n<p>En de\u0301cembre 2022, le Conseil de la FIFA a approuve\u0301 l\u2019octroi a\u0300 cette initiative historique d\u2019une enveloppe de 200 millions de dollars pour le cycle 2023-2026. Lors de sa dernie\u0300re se\u0301ance en date, le 14 mars a\u0300 Kigali, au Rwanda, le Conseil a approuve\u0301 plusieurs re\u0300glements e\u0301nonc\u0327ant les principes et la re\u0301partition du financement, la proce\u0301dure de validation, ainsi que les droits et obligations des associations membres.
