Base\u0301s a\u0300 Douala, Yaounde\u0301, et Maroua, ces bureaux de change sont : Brazza transactions Sarl, Cameroon currency exchanger Sarl, Express exchange Sarl, Lamex exchange, Naabi finance, Nono royal exchange, Sesame financial service, Stoneshed FX, Surs exchange, Gajo trading compagny, Jet Cash, La Medina, Leader international exchange, Pagro exchange, Peers exchange Cameroon Agency, SB Capital, Timezone Financial Corporation, Universal business &amp; tour Sarl.<\/p>\n<p>Cette liste est publie\u0301e par le ministe\u0300re des Finances dans un contexte ou\u0300 le change manuel est pratique\u0301 dans l\u2019informel au Cameroun dans les espaces publics au vu et au su de tous. Ce qui, d\u2019apre\u0300s des acteurs du secteur est un frein non seulement au change formel, mais, e\u0301galement a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301conomie du pays. \u00ab A\u0300 cause de ce change clandestin, les bureaux de change formels ont de plus en plus du mal a\u0300 s\u2019en sortir. D\u2019autant plus que les prix pratique\u0301s dans le change manuel informel sont plus concurrentiels que ceux du formel. Ils peuvent d\u2019autant plus le faire, car ils ne paient ni impo\u0302ts ni taxes et n\u2019emploient pas les Camerounais \u00bb, explique un ope\u0301rateur du change manuel.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, comme le rappelle le ministre de\u0301le\u0301gue\u0301 aupre\u0300s du ministre des Finances Yaouba Abdoulaye, l\u2019exercice de l\u2019activite\u0301 de change manuel sans agre\u0301ment est formellement interdit et constitue une infraction punie par des peines privatives de liberte\u0301 et d\u2019une amende de 5 millions de FCFA, assortie d\u2019une cession imme\u0301diate des devises.
