Le joueur de 29 ans s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 dans la soir\u00e9e du mardi 8 juin 2021 avec la formation saoudienne de Al Nassr Saudi Club, une \u00e9quipe de premi\u00e8re division en Arabie Saoudite.<\/p>\n<p>Le club de Riyad, la capitale saoudienne, a officialis\u00e9 la nouvelle ce mardi sur son compte Twitter, en pr\u00e9cisant que le h\u00e9ros de la finale de la Coupe d&rsquo;Afrique des Nations (CAN) de football 2017, arriv\u00e9 libre de tout engagement, s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9 pour trois saisons.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ancien joueur de Coton Sport de Garoua arrive en effet du Besiktas en Turquie o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 sacr\u00e9 champion il y a quelques jours. Autant dire que le Lion indomptable a op\u00e9r\u00e9 un choix dont l&rsquo;enjeu r\u00e9siderait davantage dans des aspirations personnelles plut\u00f4t que sportives. Ce d&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait courtis\u00e9 par des clubs mieux cot\u00e9s sur le vieux continent, notamment en Turquie o\u00f9 Trabzonspor l&rsquo;avait sur ses tablettes.<\/p>\n<p>Il reste \u00e0 esp\u00e9rer que son exil ne lui soit pas pr\u00e9judiciable pour la suite de sa carri\u00e8re en s\u00e9lection et qu&rsquo;il maintienne la drag\u00e9e haute afin de se montrer sous ses beaux jours pendant la CAN 2021 pr\u00e9vue en janvier-f\u00e9vrier prochains.<\/p>\n<p>Al Nassr SC, actuel sixi\u00e8me du championnat saoudien, est le sixi\u00e8me club de l&rsquo;international camerounais apr\u00e8s Coton sport de Garoua, Valenciennes, Lorient, FC Porto et Besiktas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Cameroun.
