Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Alors que l\u2019on s\u2019achemine vers la fin de la premie\u0300re phase du projet de valorisation du Lac municipal de Yaounde\u0301, le lancement de la phase 2 pourrait faire face a\u0300 quelques difficulte\u0301s. Et pour cause, l\u2019unite\u0301 ope\u0301rationnelle dudit projet cherche encore des financements ne\u0301cessaires.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Pour le moment, on n\u2019a pas encore de visibilite\u0301 sur le de\u0301but de celle-ci (deuxie\u0300me phase Ndlr) parce qu\u2019il faut d\u2019abord trouver des financements \u00bb, a de\u0301clare\u0301 Arnaud Philippe Ndzana, coordonnateur de l\u2019unite\u0301 ope\u0301rationnelle du projet d\u2019ame\u0301nagement du Lac municipal de Yaounde\u0301 dans un entretien accorde\u0301 au quotidien national Cameroon Tribune.<\/p>\n

Sans ces financements, le projet ne pourra pas continuer. Dans ce cas, l\u2019unite\u0301 ope\u0301rationnelle du projet pre\u0301voit d\u2019ouvrir le site une fois que la premie\u0300re phase en cours de finalisation sera livre\u0301e. \u00ab On va d\u2019abord mettre le site en exploitation en attendant qu\u2019on puisse trouver des financements \u00bb, a explique\u0301 Arnaud Philippe Ndzana.<\/p>\n

Le ministe\u0300re en charge de l\u2019E\u0301conomie, avait signe\u0301 le 13 septembre 2016, des conventions de financement pour 21 milliards de FCFA au be\u0301ne\u0301fice dudit projet avec la Deutsche Bank d\u2019Espagne. Un montant de 14,5 milliards de FCFA gra\u0302ce a\u0300 un pre\u0302t avec la me\u0302me banque devra e\u0301galement e\u0302tre mobilise\u0301 pour les travaux, apprend-on.<\/p>\n

La premie\u0300re phase de ce projet a consiste\u0301 a\u0300 la construction d\u2019un restaurant qui est de\u0301ja\u0300 sorti de terre, la voie multimodale qui va ceinturer le lac dont les travaux sont en cours, l\u2019e\u0301clairage public, les ame\u0301nagements paysagers, l\u2019e\u0301clairage public… La premie\u0300re phase du projet a de\u0301ja\u0300 atteint un taux de re\u0301alisation de 90%, apprend-on. La deuxie\u0300me phase du projet quant a\u0300 lui va consister a\u0300 la construction de deux autres restaurants, le centre nautique, les aires de jeu et l\u2019ame\u0301nagement des abords du petit lac…<\/p>\n

Globalement, le projet de valorisation du Lac municipal de Yaounde\u0301 consiste au nettoyage du Lac municipal de Yaounde\u0301, l\u2019installation des e\u0301quipements de sport nautique, l\u2019ame\u0301nagement de ses berges, et la construction sur ses abords d\u2019un ho\u0302tel cinq e\u0301toiles, des restaurants de classe internationale, des boutiques, ainsi qu\u2019un espace de de\u0301tente et de loisirs.<\/p>\n

Les travaux de valorisation du Lac municipal de Yaounde\u0301 sont re\u0301alise\u0301s par l\u2019Espagnol Elecnor, adjudicataire du marche\u0301 relatif a\u0300 l\u2019ame\u0301nagement de ce site depuis juillet 2020.<\/p>\n
