Les arguties du gouvernement qui expliquait les pe\u0301nuries par des retards dues aux mauvaises conditions me\u0301te\u0301orologiques qui ont impacte\u0301 le transport maritime du carburant son faux.<\/p>\n<p>Le vrai proble\u0300me est que l&rsquo;Etat ayant les caisses vides, n&rsquo;a pas pu payer les nombreuses dettes des commandes de carburants (qu&rsquo;il revend aux stations services) qu&rsquo;il doit aux marketeurs (socie\u0301te\u0301s de vente en gros de carburant a\u0300 e\u0301chelle internationale).<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;apre\u0300s les informations rec\u0327ues par CamerounWeb, les marketeurs et leurs banques re\u0301clament une somme d&rsquo;a\u0300 peu pre\u0300s 400 milliards, avant de livrer le carburant. Ces derniers, apre\u0300s des ne\u0301gociations, ont choisi maintenant de ne plus livrer le carburant a\u0300 cre\u0301dit. Ils veulent d&rsquo;abord e\u0302tre paye\u0301s avant de livrer. Les 400 milliards doivent e\u0301galement e\u0302tre paye\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p>Or, les caisses de l&rsquo;Etat camerounais sont actuellement vides.
