Les rares fois que l\u2019eau est disponible, sa qualite\u0301 laisse a\u0300 de\u0301sirer.<\/p>\n<p>Malgre\u0301 cela, certains adolescents trouvent les moyens pour mettre hors e\u0301tat d\u2019usage, les rares infrastructures mises en place par l\u2019administration pour faciliter la distribution de cette denre\u0301e rare.<\/p>\n<p>Au quartier Nkoabang a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301 des tuyaux d\u2019eau alimentant une dizaine de re\u0301sidences ont e\u0301te\u0301 scie\u0301s par des ceux que les riverains appellent \u201cles jeunes bandits\u201d. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une bande compose\u0301e d\u2019enfants a\u0302ge\u0301s d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019anne\u0301es semant la terreur dans le quartier selon toujours les riverains, rapporte le lanceur d\u2019alerte N\u2019zui Manto.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alimentation d\u2019une partie du quartier en eau est interrompue pour le moment suite a\u0300 la destruction des tuyaux, poursuit la source.
