De\u0301cision attendue dans les prochaines heures \u00bb, a poste\u0301 Boris Bertolt<\/p>\n<p>Selon nos confre\u0300res d&rsquo;Equinoxe Tv, six avocats e\u0301taient pre\u0301sents pour de\u0301fendre la FECAFOOT lors d&rsquo;une audience qui s&rsquo;est tenue le jeudi 16 mai 2024 a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301. En face, les avocats des plaignants, dont Me Wamba, ainsi que des repre\u0301sentants de l&rsquo;association des clubs de football amateur du Cameroun, de la Ligue de football professionnel du Cameroun (LFPC) et du club Dragon FC de Yaounde\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Les plaignants contestent la le\u0301galite\u0301 de la Re\u0301solution nume\u0301ro 1 prise le 8 mai 2024 a\u0300 l&rsquo;issue de la session du Comite\u0301 d\u2019urgence de la FECAFOOT, qui a nomme\u0301 les membres de la structure d&rsquo;encadrement de la se\u0301lection nationale. Ils estiment que cette nomination a e\u0301te\u0301 faite sans avis obligatoire du Ministre des sports et que la FECAFOOT n&rsquo;a jamais de\u0301nonce\u0301 la Convention qu&rsquo;elle a signe\u0301 avec le Ministe\u0300re des sports. Ils ont donc saisi la CCA en proce\u0301dure d&rsquo;extre\u0302me urgence pour demander la suspension des effets de la de\u0301cision du comite\u0301 d\u2019urgence.<\/p>\n<p>Apre\u0300s avoir e\u0301coute\u0301 les parties sur les questions de forme, la colle\u0301gialite\u0301 des conciliateurs a renvoye\u0301 l\u2019affaire a\u0300 ce vendredi 17 mai a\u0300 partir de 15h pour le verdict. En attendant de se prononcer dans le fond de l\u2019affaire, la CCA va rendre un avant dire droit.<\/p>\n<p>Cette affaire intervient a\u0300 quelques semaines de la Coupe d&rsquo;Afrique des nations (CAN) 2025, que le Cameroun doit organiser. La se\u0301lection nationale, qui a remporte\u0301 la dernie\u0300re e\u0301dition de la CAN en 2021, est attendue au tournant par ses supporters.
