Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>Investir au Cameroun) – Dans le cadre du projet \u00ab Start-up 237:100 projets made in Cameroun \u00bb, l\u2019Agence universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) organise un atelier de formation des responsables des structures d\u2019incubation depuis 27 mai 2024 a\u0300 Yaounde\u0301. Cet atelier, qui regroupe 20 responsables ope\u0301rant dans les structures d\u2019incubation du secteur prive\u0301 et des universite\u0301s camerounaises, a pour objectif d\u2019ame\u0301liorer l\u2019encadrement des entrepreneurs par les incubateurs de l\u2019e\u0301cosyste\u0300me camerounais. Plus pre\u0301cise\u0301ment, la formation, qui s\u2019ache\u0300ve le 30 mai, vise a\u0300 doter les participants de compe\u0301tences en planification, en coordination et en suivi de projets, essentielles pour garantir le succe\u0300s des start-ups qu\u2019ils accompagnent.<\/p>\n

Il est aussi question de leur fournir des outils et d\u2019explorer les meilleures pratiques pour les aider a\u0300 organiser et ge\u0301rer efficacement ces jeunes entreprises, la structuration ade\u0301quate des start-ups e\u0301tant importante pour leur croissance et leur viabilite\u0301 a\u0300 long terme. Un de\u0301fi majeur pour de nombreuses start-up est l\u2019acce\u0300s aux ressources financie\u0300res ne\u0301cessaires a\u0300 leur de\u0301veloppement. Les responsables d\u2019incubation sont e\u0301galement forme\u0301s aux diffe\u0301rentes sources de financement disponibles et aux strate\u0301gies pour les mobiliser efficacement.<\/p>\n

Savoir pre\u0301senter efficacement son projet est essentiel pour convaincre les investisseurs potentiels. La formation vise aussi a\u0300 permettre aux responsables d\u2019incubation d\u2019acque\u0301rir des compe\u0301tences en communication et en pre\u0301sentation pour maximiser l\u2019impact de leurs pitchs. Ils apprennent donc a\u0300 concevoir des programmes d\u2019accompagnement adapte\u0301s aux besoins spe\u0301cifiques des start-ups, afin de les aider a\u0300 surmonter les de\u0301fis rencontre\u0301s lors de leur de\u0301veloppement.<\/p>\n

Lance\u0301 en octobre 2023, le projet \u00ab Start-up 237:100 projets made in Cameroun \u00bb est finance\u0301 a\u0300 hauteur de 1,3 milliard de FCFA (2 millions d\u2019euros) par le Fonds E\u0301quipe France, un nouveau me\u0301canisme d\u2019investissement mis en route par Paris. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un programme de deux ans qui soutient 100 startups camerounaises: 50 issues du milieu universitaire qui be\u0301ne\u0301ficient d\u2019ores et de\u0301ja\u0300 du statut d\u2019e\u0301tudiants-entrepreneurs et 50 autres issues du secteur prive\u0301. Ces start-ups sont implique\u0301es dans divers secteurs cle\u0301s tels que l\u2019agriculture, le nume\u0301rique, le sport et les industries culturelles et cre\u0301atives (ICC). Mis en \u0153uvre par l\u2019AUF et coordonne\u0301 par l\u2019ambassade de France, il vise a\u0300 contribuer a\u0300 l\u2019ame\u0301lioration de l\u2019employabilite\u0301 et l\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes et des femmes, en soutenant notamment les jeunes start-ups camerounaises en phase de de\u0301marrage dans la cre\u0301ation ou la consolidation de leurs entreprises.<\/p>\n
