Africa-Press – Cameroun. <\/strong><\/span>(Investir au Cameroun) – Les producteurs de pa\u0302tes alimentaires au Cameroun ont expe\u0301die\u0301 vers le marche\u0301 international une cargaison totale de 724,3 tonnes au cours de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2023. Ces ventes a\u0300 l\u2019e\u0301tranger ont permis d\u2019engranger des recettes d\u2019un montant total de 375 millions de FCFA, selon le rapport sur le commerce exte\u0301rieur publie\u0301 par l\u2019Institut national de la statistique (INS).<\/b><\/p>\n

En comparaison avec l\u2019anne\u0301e 2022, ces exportations camerounaises sont en baisse de 52% en volume, puis de 59,2% en valeur. En effet, selon les donne\u0301es compile\u0301es par l\u2019INS, les exportations de pa\u0302tes alimentaires du Cameroun sont ressorties a\u0300 1 511,5 tonnes en 2022, pour des revenus estime\u0301s a\u0300 919 millions de FCFA. Ces ventes a\u0300 l\u2019international avaient alors connu une augmentation exponentielle (+650%), apre\u0300s les 109 millions de FCFA de recettes de l\u2019anne\u0301e 2021.<\/p>\n

L\u2019organisme en charge de l\u2019e\u0301laboration de la statistique officielle au Cameroun n\u2019explique pas les causes de cette baisse pluto\u0302t importante des exportations de pa\u0302tes alimentaires en 2023, apre\u0300s l\u2019embellie observe\u0301e en 2022. Elle peut cependant refle\u0301ter un ralentissement de la demande dans les pays de la Cemac, ou\u0300 les producteurs camerounais de pa\u0302tes alimentaires, notamment le groupe Cadyst Invest (La Pasta et Panzani), Grand Moulin du Cameroun et Africa Food Distribution, e\u0301coulent une bonne partie de leur production en dehors du marche\u0301 local.<\/p>\n
