Ainsi en a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 le Tribunal Arbitral du Sport (TAS). La plus haute juridiction sportive dans le monde s\u2019est prononc\u00e9e ce jeudi sur le litige qui oppose la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT) \u00e0 son membre la LFPC.<\/p>\n<p>Le 4 novembre 2020, le Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif de la FECAFOOT, sous la conduite de son pr\u00e9sident, Seidou Mbombo Njoya avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 du retrait des comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 la Ligue. Cette d\u00e9cision \u00e9tait la cons\u00e9quence d\u2019un bras de fer qui opposait alors l\u2019instance fa\u00eeti\u00e8re du football camerounais \u00e0 son membre en charge du football professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9cision contest\u00e9e et attaqu\u00e9e au TAS par le pr\u00e9sident de la LFPC, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 la retraite Pierre Semengue.<\/p>\n<p>La juridiction bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Lausanne (Suisse) a donc rendu son verdict. Elle a rejet\u00e9 l\u2019appel d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par la LFPC.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant un \u00e9ventuel recours de la Ligue au Tribunal F\u00e9d\u00e9ral Suisse, la d\u00e9cision du TAS pourrait marquer la fin d\u2019un organe cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2011 pour organiser le volet professionnel du football et le rendre viable, mais qui n\u2019a vraiment jamais pu remplir cette mission.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Africa-Press &#8211; Cameroun.
