Africa-Press<\/a> – Cameroun<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT) avait jusqu\u2019au 10 ao\u00fbt 2021 pour d\u00e9signer ses repr\u00e9sentants pour les comp\u00e9titions africaines interclubs de la saison 2021-2022.<\/p>\n

Le Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Urgence de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration a choisi Fovu club de Baham et Coton sport de Garoua. Le premier repr\u00e9sentera notre pays en Ligue des champions et le second sera notre ambassadeur en Coupe de la CAF.<\/p>\n

Cette d\u00e9cision tombe alors que le championnat Elite One n\u2019est pas encore achev\u00e9. \u00abLe Comit\u00e9 d\u2019Urgence de la FECAFOOT a tenu compte du r\u00e8glement du championnat Elite One, du classement actuel dans les poules A et B et de la r\u00e9solution 7 du Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif de la FECAFOOT du 18 mai 2021, qui qualifie le vainqueur de la Coupe du Cameroun 2021 \u00e0 la Coupe de la CAF saison 2022-2023\u00bb, informe un communiqu\u00e9 de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s 15 matchs de championnat, Fovu compte 30 points au classement, contre 26 pour Coton sport qui a disput\u00e9 le m\u00eame nombre de rencontres. C\u2019est donc sur la base de ce classement que les deux clubs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9partag\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Cette situation in\u00e9dite est la r\u00e9sultante de l\u2019\u00e9norme retard \u00e0 l\u2019allumage pris par le championnat national de premi\u00e8re division cette saison.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9vu pour d\u00e9marrer en septembre 2020, le championnat a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2021, notamment en raison du conflit entre la FECAFOOT et la Ligue de Football Professionnel du Cameroun (LFPC). Il y a en outre eu plusieurs interruptions caus\u00e9es par le versement dans les d\u00e9lais, de la subvention de l\u2019Etat destin\u00e9 au paiement des salaires des joueurs et encadreurs.<\/p>\n

Tout ceci n\u2019a donc pas permis \u00e0 la FECAFOOT de terminer la saison dans les d\u00e9lais impartis par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration Africaine de Football (CAF).<\/p>\n

\u00abMais il ne faut pas se m\u00e9prendre; le championnat en cours ira jusqu\u2019au bout et le vainqueur et ses dauphins seront prim\u00e9s. De m\u00eame au bas du classement, 05 \u00e9quipes seront rel\u00e9gu\u00e9es comme le pr\u00e9voit le r\u00e8glement\u00bb<\/b><\/p>\n
