Africa-Press<\/a> – Cameroun<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>La r\u00e9sidence de l\u2019Ambassadeur itin\u00e9rant Albert Roger Milla, sis en contrebas du Centre Pasteur du Cameroun (CPC) \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, va bient\u00f4t connaitre un coup de neuf. Le Gouvernement a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de redonner de l\u2019\u00e9clat au logement de fonction de cette haute personnalit\u00e9 de la R\u00e9publique, et est \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une entreprise qualifi\u00e9e dans le domaine des travaux publics, pour effectuer les travaux de r\u00e9habilitation dudit logement. Un appel d\u2019offres national y relatif a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en proc\u00e9dure d\u2019urgence le 20 ao\u00fbt 2021 par le minist\u00e8re des Domaines, du Cadastre et des Affaires Fonci\u00e8res (MINDCAF).<\/p>\n

Le projet sera financ\u00e9 par le Budget d\u2019Investissement Public (BIP) du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Economie, de la Planification et de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement du Territoire, pour un co\u00fbt pr\u00e9visionnel de 16,458 millions de FCFA TTC (Toute taxe comprise).<\/p>\n

Les travaux de r\u00e9habilitation en question vont consister \u00e0 : (1) la r\u00e9fection de la charpente, \u00e0 la pose de la couverture, et \u00e0 la fixation de faux plafonds en contreplaqu\u00e9, avec une structure en Iroko ou un bois dur similaire ; (2) au renouvellement de la peinture, avec une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la peinture de marque SEIGNERIE, pr\u00e9cise le Dossier d\u2019Appel d\u2019Offre ; (3) et au renouvellement des installations \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n

Les entreprises int\u00e9ress\u00e9es ont jusqu\u2019au 13 septembre 2021 pour soumissionner, et celle qui sera adjudicataire de ce march\u00e9 disposera d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de trois mois pour livrer ces travaux, \u00e0 compter de la date de notification de l\u2019ordre de service de d\u00e9marrage des travaux par le maitre d\u2019ouvrage qui est le MINDCAF.<\/p>\n

Dans la perspective de la Coupe d\u2019Afrique des Nations (CAN) de football qu\u2019accueillera le Cameroun l\u2019an prochain, il n\u2019aurait sans doute pas \u00e9t\u00e9 loisible que le domicile du meilleur joueur africain du 20e si\u00e8cle pr\u00e9sente une allure d\u00e9fraichie, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 la curiosit\u00e9 qu\u2019il constituera pour le monde du football \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.
