According to data provided by Commander Luís Bastos to national radio, the operation involved 12 teams out of a total of 120 personnel on the ground in order to cover the entire area of the country’s capital.

The operation, within the scope of the 2023 security plan, aims not only to serve as prevention, but also to find firearms and knives, drugs and identify any suspicious individuals, in order to combat crime.
