Africa-Press – Cape verde. The INPS marks, this afternoon, in the municipality of Paul, in Santo Antão, the national social security day. The National Institute of Social Security highlights, on this day, the importance of informal workers being registered.
To mark this date, the INPS holds a workshop with the motto “For a More Comprehensive Social Protection”, at 5 pm today, at Escola Secundária Januário Leite.
In addition to the director of the INPS studies office, Marcelino Monteiro, the minister of family, inclusion and social development, Fernando Elisio Freire, also participates in the activity.
The aim is to raise awareness of the importance of social security for those outside the system, making known the advantages.
