Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Paul Team team beat Armazém, by 2-1, on Thursday, and won the second edition of the Porto Novo futsal cup, in the senior female category.
The Porto Novo senior women’s futsal cup, which is part of the calendar of competitions in this modality in the Porto Novo region, was organized by the group that promotes sports in this municipality.
The first edition of this race was won by the Bem Taxi team, from São Vicente.
In senior men, the Porto Novo futsal cup will start in October, as announced by the organization.
Starting this Saturday, Porto Novo will also host an international futsal tournament in the senior men’s category, involving teams from the three municipalities of Santo Antão and Angra do Heroísmo (Azores – Portugal).
