Africa-Press – Cape verde. Since 00:00 this Friday, September 1st, fuels have become more expensive in Cape Verde, as a result of an average increase of around 9.75%.

According to the new monthly table, released by the Multisectoral Economy Agency (ARME), the prices of all oil products increased.

In this way, normal Diesel will be sold at 137.90 a liter, Gasoline will be sold at 155.10 ECV/L, Oil will cost 152.30 ECV/L, Gasoil for Electricity 124.10 ECV/ L and Marine Gasoil to be sold at 107.40 ECV/L.

The Fuel 380 will be sold at 91.70 ECV/L and the Fuel 180 will be sold at 95.60 ECV.

Butane gas is now sold in bulk for 140.40 ECV per kg, which means that 12.5 kg bottles now cost 1,755.00 ECV, 6 kg 842.00 ECV, 3 kg bottles cost 400.00 ECV and those weighing 55 kg are now sold for 7,721.00 ECV.

In percentage terms, in the internal market, the prices of Butane, Gasoline, Petroleum, Normal Gasoil, Electricity Gasoil, Marine Gasoil, Fuel 380 and Fuel 180 increased by 13.32%, 5.30%, 10.76%, 10.32%, 11.50%, 11.53%, 7.25% and 8.02%, respectively.

All in all, it corresponds to an average increase in fuel prices of 9.75%.
