Africa-Press – Cape verde. The first child born at the Hospital Regional Santa Rita Vieira (HRSRV), in Santiago Norte, in the year 2024, is a boy who will be called Kelton Borges.
According to doctor Alexander Fonseca, cited by Inforpress, the child entered the world via natural birth, at 00:48, weighing 3,140 kilograms and that both the mother and Kelton Borges are doing well.
Parturient Jassica Araújo says she has another child, but even so, she did not hide the joy of having Kelton in her arms, taking the opportunity to thank God for this blessing, hoping that the year 2024 will be one of “much peace, health and success for the your child and for all the others who will be born this year that begins today.
In the HRSRV Emergency Room, according to information provided to the press, the night was “quiet” and the atmosphere at this moment is one of “serenity”.
In relation to public security, the Regional Command of the National Police of Santiago Norte considered that New Year’s Eve was “calm and peaceful” at the level of the six municipalities that make up the region, says the source of this newspaper.
