Africa-Press – Cape verde. The ship Dona Tututa will stop for repairs starting this Tuesday, the 29th, and will resume its trips on Friday, departing from the island of São Vicente at 9:00 am, CV Interilhas reported today.
In a statement, the company announced that during this period for “urgent technical intervention”, the trips scheduled for the 29th, 30th and 31st of October were cancelled, asking for the understanding of passengers.
The company that transports passengers, cargo and vehicles regrets the inconvenience that the ship’s stoppage may cause in the lives of passengers, reiterating that the safety of the population is its highest priority.
The ship Dona Tututa was held up on the 19th of this month at the port of São Vicente for technical and operational reasons, and the company guaranteed that, together with the operational and engineering teams, it would be working to get the ship back into operation as soon as possible.
At the time, the trips to São Nicolau, Sal Boa Vista and arrival in Praia were cancelled.
