
Africa-Press – Cape verde. The vice-president of the Cabo Verdean Football Federation (FCF), Lito Semedo, has been appointed commissioner of the African Football Confederation (CAF) for the Senegal-Egypt game, referring to the second leg of the 2022 World Cup qualifying play-off.
The information was announced, in a statement, by FCF, adding that the game will take place on the 29th, in Dakar (Senegal), in the newly opened Abdoulaye Wade Stadium.
The game pits African champions Senegal and runner-up Egypt, who will re-edit the final of the African Cup of Nations, recently held in Cameroon. The first leg match is scheduled for the 25th at the Cairo International Stadium in Egypt.
