“We are already in the process of seeing the possibility of helping. They have already asked for this support, and, through our embassy in Brussels, the process is ongoing,” she said.
Regarding the effects of this war, Jorge Santos said that the Executive is also monitoring “with great concern” because Cape Verde practically imports most of what it consumes, not only in terms of food, but also in terms of energy, especially fossil fuels. , not only gas but also oil itself.
