Africa-Press – Cape verde. The debate with the Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva, on “Governing in times of crisis”, marks the second plenary session of March, which kicks off this Wednesday, the 23rd.
According to the parliamentary agenda, the topic for the debate with the Head of Government was requested by the parliamentary bench of the Movement for Democracy (MpD, ruling party).
In addition to the debate with the Prime Minister, there are also a number of motions for resolutions, namely the proposed law establishing the special voluntary early retirement regime of the National Institute for Research and Agrarian Development (INIDA) workers for a final global vote.
The Members will also discuss and approve the bill establishing the Special Economic Zone of the Island of Maio and the bill which undertakes the first amendment to Law No. 65/IX/2019 of 14 August which creates the Sovereign Fund for Guarantee of Private Investment – (second Resolution).
