Within this initiative, the 7Sóis 7Luas Center will host its first Artistic Residency, part of a program dedicated to the arts of painting and cinema, involving the school community and the general public.
According to the organization, from February 3rd to 7th, the painting arts laboratory “Trust” will take place in schools in the Ribeira Grande area, aimed at students. The activity aims to promote creativity, artistic expression, and direct contact with contemporary painting practices.
On February 7th, the exhibition “Elixir”, by the painter Gonçalo Oliveira, will be inaugurated at the 7Sóis 7Luas Center in the city of Ribeira Grande. The opening of the exhibition will be accompanied by live music from the group “Santo Antão 7Sóis Band”.
The initiative has free admission and is part of a cultural program that combines education and visual arts, reinforcing the role of culture as a space for encounter, learning, and sharing.
