Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Supervisory Board of the Cabo Verdean Society of Music (SCM) positively evaluated the economic and financial performance of this management entity, noting the increase in the organization’s activities and the “excellent performance at the distribution level”.
With the amount distributed in 2021 and almost doubling compared to the previous year, “although the results of the year are below forecast, due to the persistence of the pandemic situation, among other relevant factors”, the Supervisory Board approved the report and praised the gains achieved, according to a press release sent to Inforpress.
“The Supervisory Board members were pleased with the transparency of the report presented by the Management Entity, highlighting the gains the SCM has been achieving over time,” the document reads.
With the presentation and analysis of the accounts, the press release states, the economic and financial performance of the entity at economic level was demonstrated, in view of the current situation of the pandemic situation compared to the year 2021.
