Africa-Press – Cape verde. The president of the Cinema and Audiovisual Association of Cape Verde, Júlio Silvão, who has been in Portugal since early April, signs this Friday, 29, a cooperation protocol with the Associação Cultural Portuguesa Etnia.

“Etnia is an association with which we have been carrying out activities for a long time, for more than 10 years. They thought it was time to put something down on paper, so that we could do things in a more organized and clearer way, and I think I will get very good results and, now, it all depends on our dynamics, the dynamics of the association, the filmmakers and audiovisual in Cape Verde, but also of some institutions, in order to enhance contacts”, considered Júlio Silvão in an interview with RCV.

The president of ACACV, who is in Portugal to establish contacts with associations and institutions linked to the cinema area, advanced that there is a great opening on the part of the institutions, and with some of them, they will start activities immediately, namely CineEco Seia – Serra da Estrela International Environmental Film Festival, which will host some film screenings in June as part of the Environment Day.
