“We have to reaffirm the idea that the attack on a State must be considered an attack on all the States of the continent”, he underlined, stressing that a firm fight against the situation of terrorism requires leadership.
“Any leadership void or governance deficit creates voids that are filled by destabilizing groups. Thus, we must all do our homework of strengthening the leadership of each of the countries, good governance and also creating good conditions for governance”, she defended.
“Africa wants peace”
José Maria Neves stressed that Africa has already demonstrated, at different times, that it wants peace and stability to achieve sustainable development.
